When it comes to hosting the perfect event, having the right space and access is key. Our venue requires specific dimensions to ensure a seamless setup and a memorable celebration.
Sizing: To accommodate our venue, you’ll need a designated space of 6 meters by 6 meters. This not only allows ample room for the venue itself but also provides approximately 500mm of extra space around the venue for staking it securely into the ground.
Smooth Access: Ensuring hassle-free access is essential. We require a minimum width of 1.2 meters to transport and set up the venue at your desired location. This ensures our team can maneuver and assemble the venue without any hindrances.
Height Considerations: Safety is paramount, and we must avoid overhanging trees. Make sure the location is clear of any obstructions that could impede the venue’s impressive height of 6 meters.
Ground Conditions: Depending on your event’s location, please inform us if it will be on hard ground or astro turf. We’ll bring water weights to secure the venue, ensuring it stays firmly in place and safe for your guests.
Water Access: For setup and maintenance, we require a hose pipe and accessible water source. This ensures we can address any last-minute adjustments and keep your event running smoothly.
With these considerations in mind, you’re well on your way to hosting an unforgettable event. Our commitment to detail ensures your celebration is picture-perfect from start to finish.
Ensuring the care and safety of our venue is crucial for a successful event. Here’s how we guide you in looking after your setup and what you need to keep in mind:
Preventative Measures: Your venue is expertly installed before your event. Our experienced team will show you how to inflate and deflate the setup, making it hassle-free for you. Before deflation, we provide you with a tarpaulin to cover the venue, helping prevent any potential damage.
Security Deposit: A £750 security deposit is required, which is promptly returned within 7 working days after collection, assuming no damage has occurred. This deposit safeguards your investment and ensures our equipment is well-maintained.
Clean-Up Responsibility: Please ensure you clean-up any dog mess and all bottles and rubbish etc before collection to avoid a £200 cleaning fee. Your venue should be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you, ready for the next event.
Weather Considerations: While it’s recommended to keep the structure inflated, we understand this may not always be possible. In such cases, we supply tar pooling to cover items and protect them from potential water damage.
Security Measures: You are responsible for all hired items, so if the setup is in an unsecured environment, it’s essential to make arrangements to secure the goods. We want your event to go off without a hitch, and safeguarding the equipment is a shared responsibility.
Inspection and Collection: Upon delivery, you’ll inspect the goods with our installation team and sign off on the installation. Similarly, during collection, either you or a representative should be present to oversee the process. If no one is available during collection, and the goods are damaged, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies.
