    We need 4 meters by 4 meters space in order to set up the venue, with roughly 30cm to stake the venue into the ground. 80cm width access into where the venue needs to be set up.

    Ensuring the care and safety of our venue is crucial for a successful event. Here’s how we guide you in looking after your setup and what you need to keep in mind:

    Preventative Measures: Your venue is expertly installed before your event. Our experienced team will show you how to inflate and deflate the setup, making it hassle-free for you. Before deflation, we provide you with a tarpaulin to cover the venue, helping prevent any potential damage.

    Security Deposit: A £750 security deposit is required, which is promptly returned within 7 working days after collection, assuming no damage has occurred. This deposit safeguards your investment and ensures our equipment is well-maintained.

    Clean-Up Responsibility: Please ensure you clean-up any dog mess and all bottles and rubbish etc before collection to avoid a £200 cleaning fee. Your venue should be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you, ready for the next event.

    Weather Considerations: While it’s recommended to keep the structure inflated, we understand this may not always be possible. In such cases, we supply tar pooling to cover items and protect them from potential water damage.

    Security Measures: You are responsible for all hired items, so if the setup is in an unsecured environment, it’s essential to make arrangements to secure the goods. We want your event to go off without a hitch, and safeguarding the equipment is a shared responsibility.

    Inspection and Collection: Upon delivery, you’ll inspect the goods with our installation team and sign off on the installation. Similarly, during collection, either you or a representative should be present to oversee the process. If no one is available during collection, and the goods are damaged, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies.

    By following these guidelines and working together, we ensure that your event runs smoothly, and the care of our equipment is maintained, guaranteeing a memorable and worry-free experience.
