““I booked a party in September for my daughters 18th birthday with the Pop Up Parties team. They were quick at responding to my enquiry and giving me a quote for the tent and ad ons that I wished for. I was informed that the team would set up the tent on the day of my event, this was appreciated as it meant I still had my garden on the days leading up to the event. When the team arrived, the tent was set up within 2 hours. It was quick and efficient which didn’t stress me or my daughter on the day of the event. We could focus on other bits whilst Pop Up Parties handled setting up the party.”

“Once set up, the first thing that I noticed was the impressiveness of it on the outside. The inside of the tent is filled with LED colour changing lights. It displayed an array of colours that meant we didn’t have to decorate the inside or outside of the tent. On their website it mentions that it is a ‘nightclub experience’, this deemed evident upon arrival. I chose this company for my daughter’s 18th as her and her friends have never had the experience of a nightclub due to the pandemic, and this was the perfect solution. Everything was provided and not a single detail was missed.”

“When you enter the tent, the first thing that you notice is the LED dance floor. I, in all my years, have never seen a dance floor like this. It truly takes the centre stage of the evening (other than the birthday girl), it displayed an array of colours that really added to the decorations. We were reassured that the floor is waterproof and made of a sturdy enough glass that the guests could ‘dance like nobody is watching’.”

"As it was my daughter’s 18th, I opted for the VIP area. In the corner of the tent, was a roped off area that contained 2 white sofas that were placed around a LED light up table. The area was incredible, and I couldn’t fault a single thing. The VIP add on also meant that we had a media board that was placed inside the tent. The guests took their photos in front of this, and they look as though they’ve all walked the red carpet."

"One thing I did worry about was the warmth of the tent. The event was held in September, so I worried that my guests would be too cold as we would be in the garden all evening. Pop Up Parties informed me that they can provide heaters, if need be, but I decided against it as I felt it may be unnecessary. Because of the high-quality quilted material that the tents are made from, me and the guests were not affected by the temperature change, which was perfect!"
